  • Project Manager leading and coordinating various internal projects in renewable energy company. Responsibilities include project execution, team collaboration, and optimizing processes for successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee various internal projects from concept to completion
  • Manage the implementation of projects across organization, software, development, and transformation
  • Assign individual work packages to project participants
  • Serve as the communication hub within projects and as the interface between internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Optimize and further develop existing functionalities and processes
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive management
  • Develop workflows and documentation for projects

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in project management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and goal-oriented approach to working in a team
  • Enjoy working on and learning new subject areas
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 and strong software affinity
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to external sites
  • High level of communication skills, assertiveness, flexibility and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English
