Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple projects across Brand & Communications, including external collaborations, vendor-driven work, creative production, and cross-team initiatives.
Work with freelancers and contractors (e.g., designers, writers, VO artists, merch vendors, etc).
Search for, select, and onboard vendors and freelancers for diverse project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including: Legal team, Finance, Product team, User Acquisition team, and Customer Support.
Track deadlines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain clear documentation, briefs, project trackers, and communication flows.
Identify risks early, communicate them clearly, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
Have 3+ years of experience, agency or client side.
Enjoy bringing structure to chaos and can confidently move projects forward even when the path isn’t fully defined.
Work independently, take ownership, and don’t need constant supervision to deliver results.
Communicate clearly and confidently in English and be ready to do this daily.
Feel comfortable managing several very different projects at once, from small operational tasks to complex cross-team initiatives.
Learn fast, adapt quickly, and feel energized by new challenges or projects you’ve never handled before.
Take satisfaction in organizing processes, creating systems, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
