Responsibilities

  • Prepare and track ERP reports to support informed decision-making
  • Actively contribute to the preparation and analysis of controlling/management reports
  • Maintain careful documentation and contract management
  • Support the processing and coordination of special orders
  • Participate in operational procurement processing and monitor delivery schedules
  • Review order confirmations and maintain all relevant data in the system
  • Actively contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement measures to improve processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Ideally, initial professional experience in contract management, procurement, or a comparable role
  • Structured and analytical working style with strong attention to detail
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Ideally experience with contract management or ERP systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsible, proactive, and a team player
