About the role

  • End-to-end product leader for new innovation projects in travel/entertainment; responsible for business modeling, MVP delivery, integrations, and KPIs. Requires 4–5 years of PM experience, strong data and integration skills, and experience with stakeholder management and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Business Modeling and Unit Economics: Not just delivering features, but designing and validating the revenue model, margins, and operating costs of the new product, ensuring it is financially viable before scaling;
  • Agile Execution: Coordinate the squad (developers, UX/UI) for continuous value delivery, focusing on rapid MVPs and data-driven iteration;
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead interactions with partner areas (Commercial/Sourcing, Legal, Finance) and ensure efficient integrations;
  • Partner and Integration Management: Work both technically and commercially with external partners to ensure inventory/service availability. Translate business needs into integration requirements for the engineering team;
  • Continuous Discovery: Deeply understand Decolar's customer and supplier pain points to validate Product-Market Fit hypotheses;
  • Metrics-Driven Management: Define and monitor success KPIs for the new product, using data to decide whether to pivot or persevere;
  • Product Leadership (0 to 1): Act as the "CEO" of new "jet skis" (innovation projects), defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception through Go-to-Market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Preferably with a background in E-commerce, Marketplaces, Fintech, or the Travel sector. We highly value prior experience launching products from scratch (startups or corporate innovation initiatives);
  • Experience with product A/B testing and knowledge of UX research or usability testing;
  • Knowledge of the travel or entertainment/events market;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed);
  • Intermediate Spanish;
  • Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Scrum or Kanban and management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.);
  • Data Analysis: Knowledge of data extraction and analysis (SQL is an important plus);
  • Backlog Management and Prioritization: Mastery of prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW, WSJF) and the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable backlog items;
  • Product and Business Metrics: Ability to structure business cases and analytical capability to define and track KPIs (product success and P&L impact);
  • Technical Knowledge/Integrations: Functional familiarity with APIs and system architecture to engage with the engineering team (essential for connecting external inventories);
  • End-to-End Operational Vision: Ability to design not only the app screens but also the back office and support operations required to sustain the new vertical. Willingness to run manual processes (Concierge MVP) to validate hypotheses quickly.
