Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed — Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
Intermediate/Advanced Spanish — essential for technical ceremonies and alignments with HQ/regional offices;
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Associate PM, or Business Analyst in digital environments (e-commerce, fintech, or startups);
Direct experience with development teams and agile ceremonies;
Experience with product A/B testing;
Knowledge of the travel or entertainment/events market;
Experience in UX research or usability testing;
Proficiency with Jira and Scrum/Kanban frameworks;
Functional understanding of APIs (REST), JSON, and system integrations (essential for the Synergies Squad);
Ability to perform basic data analysis (beginner SQL or analytics tools such as Amplitude/GA);
Ability to write clear user stories focused on business value and technical feasibility.
