Responsibilities
Plan and ensure the execution of commercial campaigns, overseeing deadlines and deliverables for each department
Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing and Sourcing: ensure each area completes its steps to enable accurate decision-making
Measure campaign results — what worked and what didn't — and detail performance by partner
Analyze offer pages (LPs) and identify the best combinations of offer and context (e.g., 'kids free' coupons)
Use analytics to develop new commercial proposals and replicate successful strategies
Actively participate in meetings and events with partners, negotiating directly with budget and media owners
Be an expert in feedback processes: gather campaign data, seasonal events and major trends (World Cup, search peaks)
Lead and develop a team of 3 analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and high-standard execution
Requirements

Lead 3 analysts and, in the future, leverage additional data for strategic offers.
Education and Experience:
Experience in analytics-focused agencies is a plus.
Knowledge of margin and ROI (not the main focus, but required).
Ability to interact with multiple areas (Marketing, Product, Sourcing*) and an active negotiation profile
