Responsibilities
Assess each person’s unique needs and propose suitable coverages
Support members and clients with empathy, expertise, and professionalism
Build lasting relationships and make Desjardins the first choice in clients’ hearts
Assist clients with their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) following loss of property or casualty
Review their coverages and provide solutions to bring the client back to their pre-loss condition
Requirements
Must be actively enrolled in post secondary education program and remain a full-time student for the duration of the 1-year contract
A minimum of two years of customer service experience
Ability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is preferred
