About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Desjardins components
  • Administer specialized products and member/client accounts
  • Perform administrative, office and other tasks to achieve operational objectives
  • Drive results and solve problems related to the line of work
  • Help users use tools and systems effectively
  • Carry out operational and administrative processes
  • Analyze, produce and revise reports and statistics
  • Carry out data entry, extraction, processing, compilation and coding
  • Provide information about policies, programs, and processes
  • Prepare and revise presentations and related documents

Requirements

  • College diploma in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
