About the role

  • Facility Manager responsible for maintenance, repairs, and client service at Design Offices in Munich. Engaging in various tasks including installations and exterior maintenance for an inspiring work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Minor and cosmetic repairs of all kinds.
  • Minor installation work as part of renovation and refurbishment measures.
  • Maintenance of facilities/equipment (e.g., office furniture, kitchenettes, event technology) of all kinds.
  • Winter maintenance (snow and ice removal) and care of outdoor areas.
  • Monitoring, coordinating, and supervising external contractors and service providers.
  • Service-oriented interaction with clients.

Requirements

  • You have practical craftsmanship/handyman skills and an interest in technical systems.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently.
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken, and basic IT skills (Word, Excel, and email).
  • You hold a valid driving license (at least class 3).
