About the role

  • Corporate Lawyer handling legal issues for Dental Monitoring in Paris. Overseeing corporate governance, M&A, and contract management with a focus on innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of the group's portfolio of companies, in France and internationally
  • Entity formation and incorporation
  • Management of employee share ownership plans and liquidity events
  • Managing relationships between shareholders and board members
  • Support for M&A projects, as required
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Overseeing litigation in France and abroad
  • Developing training programs for operational teams and other departments
  • Contributing to the structuring and improvement of internal legal processes

Requirements

  • Holder of a DJCE or Master 2 in Business Law and/or Corporate Law
  • At least 3 years' experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel in corporate/M&A
  • High degree of autonomy in day-to-day management
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong drafting, synthesis and analytical skills
  • Minimum C1 level in English and C2 in French
  • Comfortable with digital tools and e-signature solutions
