About the role

Responsibilities
- Create test plans and perform planning activities
- Define test objectives, write and execute test cases and test scenarios (automated & manual)
- Contribute to the organization’s quality strategy and quality plans
- Develop and support automation test framework and automation strategies, for functional and non-functional testing
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team, Management)
- Provide high and low-level estimates of testing efforts
- Be a member of an agile team, focusing on team goals/objectives
- Track and report test progress, build and improve tests dashboards for various stakeholders
- Lead and mentor less experienced testers
Requirements
- 5+ years in related fields, including technical experience in software testing and quality assurance management
- 2+ years in a Senior Tester or Lead role
- ISTQB and other relevant certifications
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) approach or similar
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Inquisitive approach to new solutions and ideas
- A strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Motivation to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
- Willingness to learn and apply AI in order to improve/automate various processes
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps will be a plus
