- Consultant Senior providing technical assistance for Windows 11 workstations. Supporting Delta Technologies clients with deployments and integration projects.
Responsibilities
- Installer, maintenir et dépanner des postes de travail sous Windows 11
- Assurer un support technique **niveau 3**
- Participer à des projets poste de travail : déploiements, migrations, intégrations
- Administrer et exploiter les outils **MECM (SCCM & Intune)**
- Assister les utilisateurs et garantir la continuité de service
- Participer à la tribu de développement de Delta, soutenir et gérer les initiatives des activités de développement de Delta
- Agir en tant que 'Subject Matter Expert' pour soutenir d'autres collègues en cas de besoin d'expertise.
Requirements
- Excellente maîtrise de Windows **11 **
- Très bonne connaissance de MECM (SCCM & Intune)
- Expérience confirmée en support poste de travail
- Capacité à résoudre des incidents complexes
- Bon relationnel et sens du service
- Être titulaire d'un diplôme en informatique
- L’anglais et le français sont obligatoires, une langue supplémentaire est considérée comme un avantage.
