About the role

  • IT Support Specialist providing after-hours IT support and technical guidance at Deloitte. Collaborating with functional teams to meet user service requirements and ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide after-hours IT support as part of a rotating shifts schedule to ensure 24x5 coverage
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence team to support functional teams and vendors
  • Provide technical guidance to internal users regarding use of computers and networks
  • Active participation in the implementation of technology infrastructure
  • Comfortable in working in a fast-paced work environment and provide timely solutions
  • Document how to guide, root cause and resolution in assigned ServiceNow tickets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in supporting more than 200 users.
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
  • Ability to use PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Intune and administering Active Directory.
  • Experience in supporting laptop and mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android, etc.
  • Certified in ITIL foundation 4 or Microsoft Certifications.
