Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline.
Good written and oral English communication skills is essential
At least 2-3 years working experience in supporting more than 200 users.
Able to work independently and proactively in a team environment.
Ability to use PowerShell or other scripting would be prioritized.
Experience with Power Automate, Intune and administering Active Directory.
Experience in supporting laptop and mobile devices such as iPhone/iPad/Android, etc.
Certified in ITIL foundation 4 or Microsoft Certifications.
