About the role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 8 years experience as a system analyst, business analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in the FSI industry can be a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering system analysis and requirements documentation.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and system analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, RTM).
- Familiarity with databases and SQL would be an advantage.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
- Demonstrated skills in communication (oral, written, presentation), analysis, problem solving and short term and long-term planning.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
