About the role

  • Sanctions Organisational Design SME coordinating the execution of redesign programme for a bank. Engaging multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to the Target Operating Model.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the execution of the sanctions organisational redesign.
  • Engage and liaise with multiple internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth transition.
  • Support project governance and structured project management activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management across diverse functions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of redesign milestones and objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured project management experience.
  • Understanding of organisational structure and underlying processes is highly desirable.
  • Sanctions knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex organisational change.
