About the role

  • Implementation Training Consultant providing training on Homecare Homebase's financial software. Supporting healthcare organizations in successful software adoption and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert on proper use of the Homecare Homebase application for financial operations
  • Conduct end-user training onsite or via webinar on billing and financial modules
  • Investigate user problems and needs, identifying sources and determining solutions
  • Assist in development and maintenance of end-user documentation
  • Support customers with change management efforts for successful adoption of the application
  • Work with Implementation Managers to implement strategies to improve team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Ability to communicate deployment risks with internal and customer project teams
  • Ability to travel and/or support up to 10-15% in service of clients across the country
  • Leadership skills to support team in preparation and while on-site for customer rollouts
  • Skills to provide quality education to customers on appropriate use of Homecare Homebase products
  • Passion for customer service that ensures customer needs are met throughout implementation
