- Build, improve, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and modern IaC patterns.
- Contribute to cloud platform standardization efforts to improve scalability, reliability, and operational clarity.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and enhance CI/CD pipelines, enabling fast and secure deployments.
- Support the adoption and operation of container-based platforms leveraging Kubernetes.
- Drive automation efforts to reduce operational toil, improve recovery time, and enhance system reliability.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, contributing to incident response and post-incident improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to promote best practices in observability, performance, and infrastructure maturity.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Azure cloud, production-grade experience — architecture, networking, IAM, observability, and cost optimization.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, including reusable modules and state management.
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience operating clusters and associated tooling in production settings.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, FluxCD).
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles, policy-driven design, and secrets / identity management.
- Ability to work with remote, distributed teams, documenting decisions and communicating asynchronously.
- Collaborative, ownership-driven mindset, open to continual learning and knowledge-sharing.
