Responsibilities
Build full-stack AI systems and integrations to deliver customer value
Work at the cutting edge of AI engineering
Partner with customers teams to understand needs and guide adoption of solutions
Gather requirements, translate into workflows and deliver complex systems in fast-paced environments
Contribute code directly when progress or clarity requires it
Codify effective working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, or building blocks
Share field feedback with Research and Product on product performance, but fix it yourself where needed
Refine the vision/direction for our new agentic offering in collaboration with the product team
Ensure team momentum through clarity and follow-through
Requirements
“Hands on keyboard” and can ship and own a feature of complexity or get it shipped with support of the team and customer
Experienced writing production code in JS/TS or Python, and open to learn/expand in whatever direction the future takes us
An openness to write infra and deployment code (AWS/k8s) as well as adapt to whatever a customer code base/integration requires
Proven track record in customer-facing roles
High willingness to learn and wear many hats, shaping this function and product
Natural credibility as technical expert that can quickly extend to AI, but also matters of integration
Ability to prioritize, simplify and scope down a technical project to valuable deliverables
You are open to travel, although based on-site and working from one of our locations, preferably Munich
