  • Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer focused on driving technical engagements for Deepgram's voice AI platform. Collaborating with sales teams to create compelling technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects and customers
  • Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations that address specific customer use cases
  • Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives to navigate technical objections and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Contribute to technical content creation including implementation guides, reference architectures, and best practices
  • Mentor junior team members and share technical knowledge across the organization
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages
  • Proven track record of successfully navigating complex technical sales cycles
  • Experience building and demonstrating proof-of-concepts or technical solutions to diverse audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
