ORBIS Pilot & Rollout Manager overseeing technical installations and customer interactions in healthcare IT based in Trier or Vienna. Responsible for coordinating feedback and ensuring compliance with updated systems.
Responsibilities
Oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities
Act as the primary contact person for our update partners (customers)
Serve as an interface between the company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally
Monitor feedback from update partners, ensure agreed response times are met, and ensure assigned tasks are completed
Define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases in coordination with the relevant departments
Conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners
Work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams
Remain calm in stressful situations and be willing to work outside regular business hours when required.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment, or a Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics, Computer Engineering, or studies in healthcare with an IT focus
3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems)
Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects
Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level)
Service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and communicative
Business-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently within a team
Strong analytical abilities and a structured, goal-oriented approach to tasks
Knowledge of French is an advantage
