About the role

  • Manager of Organizational Change Management at Deckers Brands supporting high-impact initiatives and organizational change methodologies. Collaborating with leadership and establishing change agent networks across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of the Global Change Management Center of Excellence
  • Collaborate closely in the development and implementation of tools to support a holistic understanding of change
  • Serve as an ambassador of change
  • Support the creation, onboarding and education of change champions
  • Provide end to end change management consult and execution for high-impact transformation initiatives
  • Co-leads the establishment of a change agent network

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ work experience in organizational change management
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional change initiatives
  • Experience with business, IT and HR-related initiatives is preferred
  • ACMP or PROSCI Certification (preferred)
