About the role

  • IAM Analyst managing identity provisioning and access requirements for the credit union. Responsible for system requirements gathering and knowledge base maintenance for user management.

Responsibilities

  • Provisioning, deprovisioning and maintaining least privilege through automation or manual efforts
  • Gathering system requirements for automation of user provisioning
  • User access control design, review, and modification
  • Maintain knowledge base on user management for 100+ systems
  • Assist with configuration tasks in IAM system
  • Gathering and implementing file access management requirements
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Supervisor(s)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience commensurate with 1-2 years’ experience
  • Experience with IAM management and compliance
  • Familiarity with security software, tools, and equipment
  • 1+ years of knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial institution environment
  • Ability to adapt to technology and regulatory changes
  • Possess strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Good sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently with some direction and follow-up
  • Good interpersonal communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Good written and presentation skills with the emphasis of leading and facilitating discussions, directing meetings, and documenting follow-up requirements
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology and Network Security environments
