About the role
- ERP Protheus Analyst at Daxia handling support for internal clients and improving system processes. Engaging in functional analysis and customizations for Protheus ERP software.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and enhancements for Protheus ERP modules.
- Elicit requirements and perform functional analysis with business users.
- Respond to, support, and clarify system-related questions and resolve incidents reported by users and clients.
- Assist in developing system improvements and apply necessary parameterizations.
- Oversee and execute testing, user acceptance (UAT), and deployments of improvements or new processes.
- Provide second-level support to system users and the internal IT team.
- Document processes and customizations.
- Identify failures and execute system or database scripts to correct specific issues.
- Work with TOTVS to open and follow up on support tickets, and liaise with consulting teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience with TOTVS Protheus ERP (recent versions).
- Strong knowledge of Back Office modules; knowledge of additional modules is a plus.
- Knowledge of ADVPL and SQL.
- Experience in requirements analysis and designing technical and functional solutions.
- Experience with Protheus customizations, parameterizations, and upgrades.
