- Regional Operations Director overseeing dialysis centers and managing operations for DaVita in the US. Leading a team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 10 dialysis centers, 230 teammates
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction
- Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
- Monitor division performance and work closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP
- Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions
- Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities
- Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, labor management, and clinical outcomes
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of competition; proactively assess related SWOT
- Work directly with FAs in clinics to identify and address employee and patient concerns
