About the role

  • Operations Administrator overseeing essential operational aspects and collaborating with multiple teams. Engaging in administrative support, vendor management, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives, operations team, vendor partners, project managers, and coordinators
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Assist in the contract review and approval process
  • Facilitate the credit approval process
  • Obtain documentation for vendor setup
  • Work with clients on lease extensions
  • Coordinate lease transferals
  • Facilitate federal and state submissions
  • Prepare lease extension documents
  • Manage ReRent invoices
  • Provide administrative support for sales and operations

Requirements

  • Experienced in customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to stay organized while navigating multiple applications
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
