Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Services Manager role plays a pivotal part in advancing clinical excellence across the clinics by achieving safety, quality, and hospitalization goals.
  • This role provides immediate response to adverse events, coaching clinical teams, supporting clinical outcomes, and leading strategic initiatives within the division.
  • The position acts as a subject matter expert (SME) in clinical outcomes and safety, drives quality improvement plans, upskills clinic team members (TMs), removes barriers to performance, and leads or supports special projects.
  • Support clinics through immediate response to adverse events and CMS surveys, completing safety snapshots (internal audits), and coaching teams on quality improvement plans and governance processes.
  • Provide onsite support for CMS surveys and other regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Conduct hard skill coaching, in Core Team meetings, or deep dive coaching to prepare & empower the facility team to act.
  • Lead efforts with clinic teams to identify and address root causes of PRD and hospitalization outliers by removing barriers and providing targeted coaching.
  • Seen as a strategic partner to RODs, DVP, DCS, and Home partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in clinical services management
  • Specialized experience in developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance in state of residence
  • Preferred: Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar
  • Preferred: Current CPR certification
  • CNN or CSN, Bonet Certification within 2 years of employment
