About the role

  • Strategic Partner Development Manager activating partnership with Deutsche Telekom. Driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact in a growing security and compliance tech company.

Responsibilities

  • You own and scale Deutsche Telekom as a strategic partner, driving measurable partner-sourced pipeline and revenue impact.
  • You design and execute high-impact activation initiatives such as calling days, joint events, fairs, workshops, and co-sell campaigns.
  • You establish repeatable partner motions, ensuring clean lead routing, CRM alignment, clear SLAs, and strong follow-through.
  • You expand existing Mid-Market success into the Large Enterprise segment by leveraging partner networks and executive relationships.
  • You maintain operational excellence through structured cadence, forecasting discipline, and clear pipeline reporting.
  • You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to continuously refine and scale the Telekom growth playbook.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner or channel sales, ideally working with large enterprise resellers or strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Strong track record of activating partners and generating measurable pipeline impact in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally within security, compliance, or adjacent B2B tech industries.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate confidently at senior levels in both German and English.
  • High level of ownership and execution strength; you build momentum without waiting for perfect structures.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and partner reporting discipline.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and engage partners on-site to drive activation and relationship depth.
  • Professional presence and credibility in external partner-facing settings.
