Responsibilities

Active involvement in exciting projects at the client–server level and in network infrastructure.
Learn to install, commission, and maintain printers, multifunction systems, computer systems, and peripheral devices in heterogeneous networks.
Support colleagues in user support both on-site at customer locations and centrally at the Service Desk or within IT Operations.
Learn systematic isolation and resolution of IT incidents.
Acquire business-related knowledge relevant to IT service projects.
Requirements
Good school leaving certificate (e.g., Realschule, Abitur, or Fachhochschulreife)
Enthusiasm for working in an IT environment and for new technologies
Enjoyment of varied and responsible tasks
Enjoy working in a team
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and foundational understanding of hardware, software, and networks
Good German and English language skills
Valid driver's license (Class B)
