Responsibilities
Lead the structuring, analysis and management of technical documentation and regulatory requirements applicable to vehicle systems, acting as a liaison with headquarters and internal interfaces to ensure regulatory compliance, process integration, and support for global homologation programs.
Represent the local team with headquarters, enabling technical alignments and regulatory processes.
Serve as the interface with headquarters in engineering and homologation, and with global stakeholders.
Ensure traceability, technical consistency, and fulfillment of compliance criteria required by homologation authorities and headquarters.
Guide the team in prioritizing and executing Work Package (WP) activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Production, or related technical fields) or equivalent.
Knowledge of the automotive product development cycle and methodology, preferably involving global platforms.
Experience in global projects or active participation in multinational initiatives.
Fluent German is mandatory, with the ability to conduct daily technical alignments with headquarters and interpret procedural documentation.
Advanced English for technical reading, documentation support, and additional international interfaces.
Hybrid work arrangement in São Bernardo do Campo, SP.
