About the role

  • Online Marketing Specialist at DATAGROUP, focusing on developing and continuously optimizing online marketing measures while collaborating closely with sales and design teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and continuously optimize online marketing initiatives
  • Plan, manage and further develop cross-channel digital campaigns
  • Derive and implement data-driven measures to increase leads and revenue
  • Work closely and coordinate with sales and graphic/design teams

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, communications, media, business administration, or a related field
  • Solid, hands-on experience in online marketing
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and digital marketing channels
  • Confident use of analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Basic understanding of SEO, User Experience (UX) and conversion optimization
  • Very good German and good written and spoken English
