Requirements
- University degree or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in a similar role
- At least 5 years' experience leading medium and large programs, projects and subprojects or working as a Business Analyst
- Strong affinity for IT
- Knowledge of project and process management, evidenced by at least one certification (PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA, etc.)
- Professional experience with BPMN 2.0 is a major advantage
- Goal- and solution-oriented approach
- Hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel to client projects in the Rhine-Main area
- Strong customer and service orientation, and good organizational, coordination and communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
