Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high‑quality web applications using ReactJS , JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Build reusable components and front‑end libraries
- Ensure web accessibility (A11y) compliance, including WCAG guidelines, ARIA best practices, and inclusive UI design
- Optimize UI performance for speed, scalability, and cross‑browser compatibility
- Collaborate with designers, back‑end developers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to UI architecture, and maintain code quality
- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI issues across environments
- Stay updated on UI trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies relevant to front‑end engineering
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience in front‑end development
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, SASS/LESS
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil)
- Strong knowledge of Accessibility principles, WCAG compliance, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML
- Experience with front‑end build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, Yarn)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Strong debugging skills and experience using browser developer tools
- Understanding of version control systems like Git
- Experience writing unit tests
