About the role

  • Senior Supply Chain Functional Consultant connecting clients with tech teams in New Zealand. Engaging in workshops and providing application support across multiple high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

  • act as a conduit between clients and technical development teams
  • lead workshops to elicit requirements and craft solutions
  • provide application support to existing customers
  • engage with multiple projects with high-profile clients

Requirements

  • Implemented and trained end-users on D365 F&O
  • Broad and also deep understanding of all D365 F&O business modules
  • Warehousing experience, including scanning solutions are preferred
  • Worked with registered solutions, AppSource apps and older versions of D365 F&O
  • Experience assisting with the pre-sales process and providing direction and leadership to project teams
  • Focus on delivering high quality solutions that meet customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional relationship management, presentation and communication skills are vital
  • Proven experience running workshops
  • Solid experience with solution design including the delivery of high quality solutions according to set time-lines is essential
  • Team players who are customer focused
