Responsibilities
Evolve and refine our social media and content strategy, and ensure we have the right plans in place to execute against it.
Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to develop and execute content strategies which balance lifestyle, product, and cultural moments.
Curate and manage DASH’s Instagram grid for premium, aspirational first impressions.
Drive TikTok strategy by embracing cultural risks, jumping on relevant trends, and driving our own authentic conversation.
Translate brand campaigns and product launches into consumer first social content.
Spot cultural moments and define when and how DASH shows up.
Edit and deliver photo + video content to keep our channels dynamic and engaging.
Community management - champion DASH’s tone of voice and personality when engaging with our online community.
Working closely with our growth team to maximise synergies between our organic content + paid ads.
Track KPIs, report performance, and optimise.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing social media and content for lifestyle, fashion, or food & drink brands.
Brand, agency, or freelance backgrounds welcome.
Strong visual and editorial judgement with a portfolio of lifestyle grids and campaign launches.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands on execution.
Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok. What hits? What misses?
Ability to spot and react to cultural trends, with examples of successful reactive content.
Confident leading projects and collaborating cross functionally with creatives, brand, and external partners.
