About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst performing financial analysis for management decisions at Dasa. Collaborating on budgeting, variance identification, and reporting to executive board.
Responsibilities
- Perform financial analyses to support management decision-making;
- Identify trends and variances in company results, explaining month-over-month and versus-budget changes;
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts;
- Improve budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Participate in the monthly closing process;
- Provide financial support to other departments, such as Treasury and Investor Relations;
- Consolidate results across multiple business units;
- Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board and Board of Directors;
- Maintain and update financial databases; work with the Data team to automate databases and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of key financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
- Previous experience in FP&A;
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, critical ability to assess data consistency from multiple sources, strong verbal and written communication skills, and flexibility to adapt to rapid change.
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and Python
- Advanced English.
