Responsibilities
Develop customized supply solutions for heat, power and cooling
Coordinate project implementation with the responsible operations teams and internal stakeholders
Convert existing supply sites to fully renewable heat supply
Acquire and advise customers within your sales territory
Provide on-site customer support and secure and expand customer relationships
Prepare technical and economic calculations and proposals
Conduct contract negotiations through to contract preparation
Handle public tenders and respond to project-related inquiries
Provide support for customer service and billing from the customer’s perspective
Requirements
Completed technical degree (e.g. industrial engineering in energy and environmental engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
Alternatively, state-certified technician or comparable qualifications (e.g. industrial foreman)
3–5 years of professional experience in energy technology or the energy sector
Experience with business administration
Experience in customer interaction and communication, preferably in the energy industry
Experience in contract management
Project management experience, including cost calculations
Digital competence: very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word, and experience with CRM systems
Fluent German language skills
Confident, professional demeanor and strong service orientation
