Responsibilities
Review, drafting and administration of district heating supply, operator and lease agreements, as well as end-customer contracts
Processing of amendments, addendums, contract terminations and objections
Acting as a liaison between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department
Responsibility for property matters, e.g., ownership of installations and rights-of-way for district heating networks
Administration and documentation of property and asset rights
Proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
System administration of the contract management software
Support with the distribution and dispatch of signed contracts
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field (e.g., office clerk/administrator, industrial clerk or legal assistant)
At least two years' professional experience in contract management—ideally in the energy industry or a technically related environment
Solid knowledge of contract law, heat supply/district heating or energy industry topics
Comfortable with direct customer contact
Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office applications
