About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter - Vertragsmanagement at Danpower-Gruppe in Potsdam handling contracts and customer relations in the energy sector. Responsible for managing contractual agreements and ensuring compliance in operations.

Responsibilities

  • Review, drafting and administration of district heating supply, operator and lease agreements, as well as end-customer contracts
  • Processing of amendments, addendums, contract terminations and objections
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales, Billing Management and the Legal Department
  • Responsibility for property matters, e.g., ownership of installations and rights-of-way for district heating networks
  • Administration and documentation of property and asset rights
  • Proper filing, digitization and archiving of contract documents
  • System administration of the contract management software
  • Support with the distribution and dispatch of signed contracts

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative field (e.g., office clerk/administrator, industrial clerk or legal assistant)
  • At least two years' professional experience in contract management—ideally in the energy industry or a technically related environment
  • Solid knowledge of contract law, heat supply/district heating or energy industry topics
  • Comfortable with direct customer contact
  • Confident user of CRM systems (ideally SuperOffice) and MS Office applications
