About the role

  • Intern Law position at Daniel Law focusing on Regulatory Law and Patents. Engaging in legal research, regulatory evaluations, and administrative defenses in the São Paulo office.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analysis of federal regulations (laws, decrees, RDCs, INs, ordinances, resolutions, and acts/decisions from ANVISA, MAPA and other regulatory agencies);
  • Monitoring public consultations, new RDCs, INs and other regulatory acts;
  • Preparation of regulatory alerts and regulatory impact reports;
  • Drafting memoranda and legal opinions regarding the regulatory classification of products and activities;
  • Compilation of administrative precedents (decisional acts, dispatches, public consultations);
  • Drafting responses to inquiries, internal materials and external communications;
  • Assistance with administrative defenses and appeals;
  • Monitoring regulatory deadlines and developments;
  • Jurisprudential research (Federal Regional Courts - TRFs, Superior Court of Justice - STJ, Federal Supreme Court - STF, and state courts) on sanitary law, agrochemicals, food, medicines, cosmetics, inputs, and related procedural matters;
  • Support in drafting procedural documents (initial petitions, submissions, briefs/memorials);
  • Organization of technical documents for case files.

Requirements

  • Law students from the 5th semester onward;
  • Currently taking (or having completed) Administrative Law;
  • Strong legal research skills (statutes and case law);
  • Good legal drafting and written communication skills;
  • Ability to interpret regulations and administrative acts;
  • Organizational skills and deadline management.
