Responsibilities
Analyze and handle 2nd-level tickets in the area of Unified Communications (UC) for our customers
Provide service for UC solutions at customer sites and remotely
Independently implement UC systems, network solutions, servers, and applications such as call center solutions or voicemail
Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in IT, telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification
Experience in 2nd-level support for Unified Communications (UC)
Knowledge of structured building cabling and telecommunications technology
Knowledge of routing/switching and experience with Microsoft and Linux operating systems
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and to collaborate effectively in a team
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct customer contact
