About the role

  • Mid-Level Systems Analyst focusing on PABX virtualized support for Enghouse in Brazil. Analyzing incidents and ensuring system stability while collaborating with manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and resolution of N1 and N2 incidents related to virtualized PABX solutions.
  • Open and follow up advanced-level tickets with the solution vendor.
  • Execute remote maintenance activities, including during nighttime hours.
  • Perform on-site maintenance when necessary, during daytime hours.
  • Work on-call according to schedule (one week per month).
  • Ensure proper functioning of systems and assist in identifying root causes of incidents.
  • Keep accurate records of activities performed and open tickets.

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology.
  • Previous experience providing technical support for PABX, preferably in virtualized environments.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of IP networks and SIP signaling.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Organization and autonomy for remote work.
  • Technical English for reading and understanding documentation.
  • Availability for nighttime activities and on-call rotations.
