About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop guides, informational content and presentations that support an engaging employee experience.
  • Write and schedule email series to guide employees through different stages of their journey within the organization.
  • Participate in creating and updating the company’s internal communications calendar.
  • Write, adapt and distribute content across various platforms, including an internal Facebook group.
  • Capture photos and videos at internal events, adapt content to platform-appropriate formats, and publish them.
  • Promote internal programs and help align the employer brand strategy between U.S. and Canadian sites.
  • Publish content on the company’s pages (across various platforms).
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating career days.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by optimizing job postings and communications with the team throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to obtaining and maintaining Employer of Choice certifications and other accreditations.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Availability to work 24 to 32 hours per week.
  • Bilingualism with excellent writing skills in French and English to interact with and create content for our employees across North America.
  • Skills in creating video, photo and graphic content.
  • Strong interest in storytelling and human-centered communications.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, autonomy and strong organizational skills.
