Responsibilities
You develop and maintain company-wide policies for license management and ensure their consistent implementation
You act as the point of contact for business units on all matters related to licenses, compliance and contract drafting
You analyze licensing models, assess license volumes and ensure transparency and efficiency in licensing costs
Together with internal partners you draft licensing agreements and ensure clear, legally sound provisions
You support the establishment and rollout of a modern SAM system and establish sustainable processes
You produce regular reports and derive recommendations for management from them
Requirements
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in license management, ideally in an international environment
Solid knowledge of licensing models, vendors and SAM systems
Analytical, structured thinking and a good understanding of processes and compliance
Excellent German and English skills and a confident manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Careful, independent working style and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
