About the role

Responsibilities
- You develop and maintain company-wide policies for license management and ensure their consistent implementation
- You act as the point of contact for business units on all matters related to licenses, compliance and contract drafting
- You analyze licensing models, assess license volumes and ensure transparency and efficiency in licensing costs
- Together with internal partners you draft licensing agreements and ensure clear, legally sound provisions
- You support the establishment and rollout of a modern SAM system and establish sustainable processes
- You produce regular reports and derive recommendations for management from them
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in license management, ideally in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of licensing models, vendors and SAM systems
- Analytical, structured thinking and a good understanding of processes and compliance
- Excellent German and English skills and a confident manner when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Careful, independent working style and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
