About the role
- Junior Customer Relationship Analyst supporting event planning and customer experience at Cyrela. Collaborating with teams and managing logistics for high-standard real estate events.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and organization of customer events and handover ceremonies for mid- and high-end developments;
- Manage invitations, attendance lists, confirmations and track the final number of participants;
- Negotiate and manage suppliers, handling quotes, purchasing materials and contracting services with a focus on cost efficiency and quality;
- Provide support at customer experience events, assisting the executing team on the day of the event;
- Prepare detailed briefings to communicate updates, requests and requirements to internal stakeholders and partners;
- Support event logistics (schedules, materials, activity flow and operational support);
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Construction and Customer Service teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events, Public Relations or related fields;
- Organized, proactive and detail-oriented;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple demands and deadlines;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Previous experience in event coordination, customer service or relationship management;
- Experience negotiating with suppliers;
- Hands-on mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
