Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on management, lead and supervise team members in collaboration with the Pole Coordinator;
- Manage conflicts and uphold team spirit among staff;
- Manage team members’ schedules;
- Conduct performance and professional evaluations for employees on the team;
- Participate in recruiting team members alongside the Pole Coordinator;
- Welcome, onboard and train new hires, maintain mentoring records for staff, and introduce new team members to the referring physicians;
- Attend all meetings of the management bodies;
- Maintain continuous interaction with the medical staff present on site;
- Ensure work quality, compliance with procedures, routine maintenance of equipment, and professional behavior of team members;
- Manage and track non-conformities found on site and the resulting corrective actions in collaboration with the Quality Department;
- Ensure compliance with quality protocols established for COFRAC accreditation;
- Organize and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance interventions in collaboration with the Head of Facility Services;
- Transmit personnel variables and documents to the Facility Coordinator;
- Ensure proper integration of new employees;
- Monitor the conduct of physicians’ RCPs (multidisciplinary team meetings) and extemporaneous checks/tests on site;
- Send the monthly report to the Pole Coordinator;
- Follow up on all file verification requests.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and a first managerial experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role are required.
- This position requires at minimum a Bac+2 (equivalent to two years of higher education or an associate degree) in a medical or management field.
