About the role

  • Contracts Manager responsible for negotiating and drafting cybersecurity agreements at Cyderes. Advising on contractual terms and helping guide the contract process in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for negotiating and drafting cybersecurity agreements and other business contracts
  • Resolve matters quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Advise management on contractual terms and conditions
  • Review and respond to RFPs and other solicitation documents
  • Guide colleagues and management through the various stages of the contract process
  • Potential opportunities to assist on other legal matters as they arise
  • Align working hours to UK (GMT) time zone

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: LLB degree or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years’ experience, preferably in-house, drafting and negotiating IT agreements, including MSAs, EULAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and directly interacting with Sales and Business Development functions
  • Flexible to deliver results under varying circumstances
  • Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to efficiently manage numerous matters simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Experience working with a Contracts Management System (preferred)
  • Employment, Privacy, or Corporate matters, with a focus on India (preferred)
