About the role

  • Customer Research Associate supporting luxury brands through research projects involving qualitative and quantitative methods. Contributing to data analysis, reporting, and material design for actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • You will assist Senior Research Manager and Senior Research Executives in managing research projects for luxury brands and contribute to both qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple markets.
  • Research Material Design: Help create questionnaires and discussion guides tailored to project objectives.
  • Fieldwork Supervision: Monitor and control data collection progress to ensure quality and timelines are met.
  • Data Analysis: Perform initial data checks, coding, and analysis to extract meaningful insights.
  • Reporting: Design report decks, draft conclusions, and formulate actionable recommendations for clients.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in international market research
  • Strong interest in luxury brands and consumer insights.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
