About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for research, data & analytics and reporting activities across the German market
- Support organic growth of the German businesses by thought leadership and insight outputs
- Deliver regular market and economic updates focusing on specified areas determined by team structure and location
- Cooperate with business services teams to gather, analyse, and utilize local and regional market insights
- Support business development activities, including presenting market updates to clients
- Undertake independent market analyses for ad-hoc reports for clients
- Support marketing and communication activities in line with content strategy defined by the Head of Business Development Services, Germany
- Contribute to C&W brand visibility through public events and social media
- Cooperate with C&W research teams in other countries and the wider EMEA team
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and market research
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and assess market dynamics with accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear reports, presentations, and visualizations
- Creative problem-solving and effective collaboration in dynamic, deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint);
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, and GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Experience in professional services or real estate sector, aligned with role seniority
- Degree in Economics, Geography, Real Estate, or related field preferred
