About the role

• Senior Manager overseeing digital product management while collaborating across IT and business sectors. Leading complex projects in an agile environment focused on enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple Product Owners and Product leadership team from ideation phase
• Work with IT and business areas to develop IT solution and strategy
• Coordinate release planning, oversee delivery milestones, resolve issues
• Ensure that projects/enhancements align with the Commercial Product delivery objectives
• Identify and leverage project interdependencies to promote benefits realization across the portfolio
• Ensure delivery milestones are met and project activities completed on time
• Work closely with Product Managers, Sales teams, Underwriters, Compliance, various Business areas and Technology Teams
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience of Product Manager experience
• 6+ years of experience in collaborating with external Vendors
• 5+ years of experience in working with Engineering and Cross functional team
• 4+ years of experience independently managing deliverables
• 3+ years of experience in effort estimation
• Proven experience independently leading and completing tasks
• Previous experience in delivering new Commercial Medical Product Concepts within tight budgets and challenging timelines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
