Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, consulting, or client solutions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare data space
- 3+ years of experience delivering analytics projects and solutions
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Public Health, Business, Life Sciences)
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including marketing and commercial strategy
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
