Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel to internal business partners regarding Federal and state healthcare and privacy regulations
- Proactively advise business partners on a variety of legal matters related to pharmacy and pharma services, data analytics, health insights, and other health services solutions
- Identify business and legal risks and work with the business to provide solutions that balance legal compliance and business objectives
- Collaborate with other attorneys/partners on legal and regulatory compliance matters
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience with a law firm, healthcare or retail company focused on issues related to privacy, data protection, or related regulatory matters
- 3+ years of analytical skills and strong legal project management and facilitation skills
- Admitted to practice law in good standing in at least one state
